HBRX is online software: nothing is shipped. This is how and when you get access.

What you get
HBRX is software you use in a web browser and in the HBRX mobile app. There are no physical goods, so there is no shipping and no shipping charge.
Free trial
Your company account is ready as soon as you finish signing up. The 21-day trial starts at once and needs no payment.
After you pay
Your plan becomes active as soon as Cashfree confirms the payment to us, usually within a few minutes.
- The Billing page in the app shows the plan as active.
- The tax invoice is emailed to your billing contact and can be downloaded from Billing.
- Employees keep using the app as before; nothing needs to be installed again.
If access does not start
If your plan is not active 24 hours after a successful payment, email [email protected] or call +91 96419 32222 with your invoice number. We check the payment with Cashfree and either activate the plan or refund you under the Refunds and cancellations page.
Where the service is available
HBRX is sold to companies in India and priced in Indian rupees (INR), with GST added on every invoice.
