What happens when the 21-day trial ends?
Your data stays. Choose a plan and pay to keep using HBRX. Until you do, the account stays read-only.
Who counts as a billable employee?
Anyone who was active at any time in the billing period. The minimum is 25 employees.
What if someone clocks in outside the geofence?
By default the clock-in is allowed and flagged for review, with the distance shown. You can choose to block it instead.
Do employees need a new phone?
No. The app is built for low-cost Android phones on 4G. Office staff can also clock in from the web.
Do you store face data?
No. Clock-in is checked against the site location. We take no photos and create no face recognition or biometric templates.
Where is our data stored?
The main database runs on servers in India. Files and backups are encrypted before they leave those servers, and the keys stay in India.
Can HBRX run our payroll?
Not yet. India payroll is planned for April 2028. Until then you can lock each month and export payroll inputs for your accountant or payroll tool.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Admins can export employee, attendance and leave data at any time.
How do we pay?
By UPI, card or netbanking, or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Every invoice includes GST.
