Acceptable use policy
A short list of things not to do with HBRX, so it stays safe for every company.
Use it lawfully
- Collect and use employee data only as Indian law and your own policies allow.
- Do not upload content that is illegal, defamatory or infringes someone's rights.
- Do not use HBRX to monitor people in ways they have not been told about.
Keep it secure
- Do not share sign-ins; give each person their own account.
- Do not try to reach another company's data, or test our security without our written permission.
- Do not upload malware or files meant to harm other users.
- Do not overload the service, scrape it or work around its limits.
Use it for your company
Do not resell HBRX, or run it for other companies, without a written agreement with us. Do not use announcements or notifications to send spam.
If this policy is broken
We may suspend the accounts involved to protect other customers, and we tell the account owner why. Serious or repeated breaches can end the agreement under the Terms of use.
